Camelot Park Villas Camelot Park Villas is a planned community in the City of Tempe developed by Camelot Homes in 1985. The community has a total of 50 Mediterranean style patio homes each attached to another on one side.

The community is distinguished by its green garden-like appearance with over 180 trees in the common areas and another 150 trees in residents' patio yards. A recent landscape project along an outer property fence provides a xeriscape garden that conserves water.

The blue watered swimming pool sits in the center of the property and sports a gazebo. Surrounded by plants and trees, the pool area offers sunshine and the coolness of restful shade. From the pool area, a green belt runs between the homes and the center of the property.

At the Southern edge of the community is Stroud Park, a City of Tempe park. With a soccer field, basketball practice court and child's playground, the park is well used by the surrounding neighborhood. It is a good place to walk a dog or stroll the tree lined walk way.

Camelot Park Villas is managed by a home owners association with an elected five person Board of Directors who each serve two year terms. The Board of Directors contracts with Kinney Management Services for property management services. The Board of Directors meets monthly in open meeting to conduct business for the not-for-profit corporation. Residents assist the Board of Directors in the following capacities:

Landscape Coordinator   -  Landscape Committee  -  Architectural Committee    Neighborhood Watch
